What we collect

When you fill out our intake form, you share things like your name, email, phone, business name, the kind of project you want, your budget range, and any notes or files you add. We only collect what you choose to give us.

How we use it

We use what you share to answer your inquiry, build your site, and keep you in the loop on progress. We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.

Where it lives

Your form data sits in a few systems we trust, all based in the United States:

• The service that hosts this website.
• A secure cloud database that holds the form queue for a short window.
• Our customer-management system, where your contact record is created.
• An error-watching service. This one only runs if you turn on analytics cookies.

Retention

If we start a project together, we keep your data while the project is active and for 90 days after. If you fill out the form and we never start a project, we clear that intake out after 180 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we have on you. You can ask us to fix something. You can ask us to delete it. Just email team@datadenmedia.com and tell us what you want.

CCPA, Do Not Sell

We do not sell personal information. Full stop.

GDPR

If you live in Europe, the law we lean on is contract performance, since you came to us asking us to do work, and legitimate interest in running our business well.

Cookies

By default we only use cookies that the site needs to work. If you accept analytics, we add a second set that helps us see how the site is doing. Your choice is saved in a small cookie called wbi_cookie_consent so we do not keep asking.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal (Brave, Firefox with the setting on, the Privacy Badger extension, others), we honor it automatically. You will not see the cookie banner, analytics cookies stay off, and we treat the visit as an opt-out under CCPA. No action needed on your end.
